The voucher will be emailed once payment has been received.
Bookings can be made prior to purchase or after purchase directly with the hotel using the Voucher ID as a reference. The hotel will have a copy of the voucher on hand.
Please advise the name to be listed on the voucher.
Validity of the Voucher is as per period of use. Rooms are on a basis of availability only. The Voucher can only be used by the person who purchased the package advertised or any person designated by the buyer. Vouchers are generally valid for a period of 12 month after purchase or as per the advertised period for the individual packages (please check availability period).
