The voucher will be emailed once payment has been received.
Bookings can be made prior to purchase or after purchase directly with the hotel using the Voucher ID as a reference. The hotel will have a copy of the voucher on hand.
Please advise the name to be listed on the voucher.
Validity of the Voucher is as per period of use. Rooms are on a basis of availability only. The Voucher can only be used by the person who purchased the package advertised or any person designated by the buyer. Vouchers are generally valid for a period of 12 month after purchase or as per the advertised period for the individual packages (please check availability period). Vouchers are sent by email and must be presented at the hotel on arrival. There are no other conditions attached to this purchase.
