Lara Morgan is entrepreneurial CEO and owner of Pacific Direct Ltd. Pacific Direct manufactures and supplies luxury branded toiletries and guest amenities to Hotels, Cruise Lines and Airlines. For fourteen years Lara has been at the forefront of innovations for the hotel industry. Her first customer was The Dorchester in London and she has never looked back.
Some people are naturally driven, but Lara Morgan is a virtual whirlwind! Pacific Direct, inspired by the enthusiasm and energy of its founder has demonstrated consistent dynamic growth.
Pacific owns manufacturing plants in two countries (Czech Republic and China), runs offices in eight, and customers in more than 109 countries worldwide! The Pacific dream of becoming a global company has been realised, with strong niche positioning in the luxury segment.

The objectives of our specialist Sales Managers is to provide an unrivalled consultancy service in order to supply the true needs of our clients.
Each Sales Manager is supported by an Account Manager, who is available on a consultative basis specialising in any given geographical area. These are Pacific Direct team members with one key role, servicing the customer to world-class standards in accordance with globally contracted terms.
Our aim is to contact all hotels with customised contracts on a regular basis to advise on stocks, orders and call off levels. This allows us to ensure that any change in usage volumes is accounted for, allowing for extra production and shipping time to customer.
